MELISSA E. ROBBINS, formerly Melissa E. Oakes-Cook, is married and has lived in Westford since 1979. She graduated in 2001 from Clark University with a BA in Government and a concentration in Pre-Law. In 2004, she graduated from the New England School of Law and was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in the same year. Ms. Robbins associated with Hall, Finnegan & Deschenes in 2004 practicing in the areas of Land Use, Development, and Zoning as well as Collections. Ms. Robbins drafts Zoning Opinions and regulatory documents including Deed Riders and Monitoring Agreements. Ms. Robbins works with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts on post comprehensive permitting and final approval of 40B projects. Ms. Robbins is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association. Ms. Robbins' pro bono work includes permitting and other issues for the Westford Council on Aging. |
