JULIE A. MCNEILL received her B.A. from Suffolk University in 1991 summa cum laude and her J.D. from Massachusetts School of Law in 2002 magna cum laude. Ms. McNeill has also completed graduate courses in Negotiation and Mediation at the University of Massachusetts. Ms. McNeill practices in many different facets of property law, including representing claimants in insurance coverage matters and representing regulated entities before local and state agencies in the areas of environmental, zoning, liquor license, and other permitting issues. Ms. McNeill has a strong environmental background, including five years working for the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection. Ms. McNeill also advises small businesses, drafts and reviews contracts and condominium documents, and handles civil litigation and consumer protection matters. Ms. McNeill also volunteers her time with the Massachusetts Bar Association's high school mock trial competition as an attorney coach, and with the Greater Lowell Bar Association's annual Law Day program. Ms. McNeill grew up in Everett, and currently resides in Dracut with her husband and daughter. Ms. McNeill enjoys playing the flute, sailing and cooking.
