We are knowledgeable with local and state land development and environmental regulations and appear regularly before municipal boards. Our firm also assists clients interact with governmental entities on issues of zoning, control of real estate development and use, environmental law and land use planning laws which are implemented by local zoning and land use Boards and Commissions.
